Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and production-ready artwork for printing, signage, branding, and other visual communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for signage, branding, printing, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop artwork based on client requirements, dimensions, specifications, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files for digital printing, large-format printing, signage, vinyl cutting, CNC, and laser cutting.
- Create layouts, mock-ups, presentations, and visual concepts for client approvals.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Costing, Production, and Installation teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, typography, colours, images, resolutions, and file formats.
- Maintain proper naming, storage, and documentation of design files.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet assigned deadlines.
- Ensure all designs meet the required quality standards before sending them for production.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, and layouts.




- Understanding of printing and signage production processes.
- Ability to work with large-format artwork and scale designs accurately.
- Knowledge of print-ready file preparation and colour management.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to identify artwork errors.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the signage, digital printing, advertising, or branding industry.
- Knowledge of CNC, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, ACP, acrylic, LED signage, 3D letters, and other signage materials.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3D design will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating corporate branding, retail signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics is preferred.

- 100% accuracy in production artwork.
- Timely completion of assigned design projects.
- Minimum rework due to design errors.
- Proper adherence to client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Effective coordination with Sales, Costing, and Production teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet committed deadlines.

Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
