Role Description The GM Production role is a full-time, on-site position based at one of the manufacturing facility. The GM Production will oversee end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production output, enforcing quality standards, coordinating with maintenance and supply chain teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves leading and mentoring production teams, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory compliance,



and driving operational excellence to meet customer and organizational objectives. The GM Production will also collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, process optimization, and strategic projects to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Management and Manufacturing skills, with experience overseeing large-scale industrial operations.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning skills, including capacity planning, scheduling, and resource optimization.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with familiarity in setting and monitoring quality standards and implementing corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and develop cross-functional production teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or Industrial Management (or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in agro-based or process manufacturing industries, knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements, and exposure to lean or continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and operational teams.
