Role Description

We are looking for a Global Operations Specialist who is organised, proactive and customer-focused, with experience in telecoms, network service delivery or IT operations.

You will work closely with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams across the globe to ensure services are delivered on time and operational issues are resolved quickly.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of global connectivity services.
- Coordinate with ISPs, carriers and vendors for installation and activation.
- Manage customer communications throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Track orders,



milestones and updates in Salesforce.
- Monitor delivery timelines, identify risks and proactively escalate issues.
- Coordinate service activation, testing and customer handover.
- Manage incidents, service requests and technical escalations.
- Coordinate suppliers and remote/on-site support where required.
- Keep customers informed and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

What we are looking for?

- 3+ years' experience in telecoms, network operations, service delivery or provisioning.
- Experience managing international telecoms/network service deliveries.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with carriers, ISPs and technology suppliers.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Technical Knowledge?

Experience or knowledge of

- Fibre, Ethernet, xDSL, WAN and other connectivity technologies.
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLANs.
- Cisco/Juniper routers and switches.
- Network troubleshooting and service activation.
- SD-WAN/SDN/NFV is an advantage.
- CCNA/CCNP, Network+ or equivalent is an advantage.
