JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Experience: 10–15 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the overall operations of the Bhiwadi facility.

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business and production targets.

Coordinate with Production, Plant, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, NPD, Quality, Projects, Sales, and Accounts teams.

Monitor production planning, productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery schedules.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.

Drive process improvements, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction.

Monitor plant performance through daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials and coordination with Purchase & Stores.

Oversee maintenance activities to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.

Ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.

Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and team performance.

Develop SOPs and ensure proper implementation of company policies and processes.

Coordinate with senior management regarding business performance, operational issues, and strategic decisions.





Lead and motivate department heads and operational teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies.

Support new product development, machinery installation, capacity expansion, and process improvement initiatives.

Build a solid culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / MBA in Operations or a relevant field.

10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, plant management, or a similar leadership role.

Strong experience in managing multiple departments and large teams.

Manufacturing/industrial experience is preferred.

Candidates from manufacturing, plastic products, thermoforming, acoustic products, interior products, engineering, fabrication, building materials , or similar industrial sectors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
