About the Role

Ridhira Retreats is looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager – Cluster Operations to lead and oversee multiple hospitality properties in Goa.

The role will be responsible for the overall P&L;, operations, guest experience, pre-opening readiness, people leadership, revenue growth, brand standards and asset performance across the cluster.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, EAM or Cluster Operations Leader, preferably from luxury hotels, resorts, lifestyle hospitality or reputed international hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations and business performance of multiple Ridhira hospitality properties in Goa.
- Own and drive the Cluster P&L;, budgets, profitability, GOP and cost optimization.
- Ensure seamless operations across Rooms, F&B;, Engineering, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Wellness and other operational functions.
- Drive revenue growth in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, operating budgets and strategic growth plans.
- Lead pre-opening, property launch and operational readiness for upcoming properties, where applicable.
- Establish SOPs, service standards and operational systems across the cluster.
- Monitor property performance through key KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, revenue, profitability and productivity metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, guest experience and commercial performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop Property Heads, HODs and senior operational teams.
- Drive talent development,



succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, quality and brand standards.
- Oversee CAPEX, renovation, maintenance and property improvement projects.
- Work closely with Group Leadership, Owners and key stakeholders on business strategy and operational performance.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, service excellence, commercial discipline and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

- 15–25 years of experience in hospitality operations.
- Currently or previously working as General Manager, Cluster GM, Hotel Manager, EAM or Senior Operations Leader.
- Strong preference for candidates from luxury hotels, resorts or internationally branded hospitality companies.
- Proven experience in managing P&L;, budgets, GOP, revenue optimization and cost control.
- Experience in pre-opening, hotel launches, repositioning or transformation projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to multi-department hotel operations and leadership of large teams.
- Experience managing multiple properties or cluster operations will be an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance guest experience, operational excellence and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Goa and travel across properties as required.

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputed brands such as Marriott, Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, Accor, Lemon Tree, Radisson, ITC, Roseate or similar luxury/upscale hospitality groups will be preferred.
