General Manager – Facility Management Services Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Facility Management Services to lead and grow the facility management business across residential apartments and commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of relevant experience, a strong industry network, proven business development capability, and the leadership skills required to drive revenue, client acquisition, relationship management, operations coordination, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Business Strategy and Market Development:

- Develop and execute the business development strategy for facility management services across residential and commercial properties.
- Identify market trends, new business opportunities, target accounts, and areas for revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain a strong network with property owners, developers, residential associations, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders.
- Drive market penetration and strengthen the company's presence in the facility management sector. 2.

Business Development and Client Acquisition:

- Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients.
- Identify opportunities for new contracts, renewals, expansions, and additional facility management services.
- Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and consistent achievement of business and revenue objectives. 3.

Client Relationship and Account Management:

- Maintain solid relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and ensure appropriate coordination with internal teams for service delivery.
- Handle escalations and support long-term client retention and account growth.




- Represent the organization in important client meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions. 4.

Commercials and Contract Negotiation

- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.
- Balance customer expectations, competitive pricing, and business profitability.
- Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure commercially viable proposals and contracts. 5.

Leadership and Business Performance

- Provide leadership to the business development function and guide team members toward business objectives.
- Set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure disciplined follow-up across the sales cycle.
- Review sales performance, pipeline, market activity, and revenue progress on a regular basis.

Reporting and Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular management reports covering sales performance, pipeline, market trends, competitor activity, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 12–15 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within the facility management services industry.
- Strong existing network and demonstrated ability to generate and convert business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of facility management services for residential and commercial properties.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
