General Manager – Hesh Media

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Salary: ₹20,000+ per month, based on experience and capabilities

About the Role

Hesh Media is looking for a responsible, organised and proactive General Manager to manage our day-to-day operations and team of 15.

This role will work directly with the Founder and will be responsible for ensuring that work gets done on time, team members are properly coordinated, clients are managed efficiently and the overall office operates smoothly.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage people, solve problems and get things done without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate a team of 15 employees.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track ongoing work for all clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with team members and maintain accountability for assigned work.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding routine work, requirements, updates and follow-ups.
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, schedules and general office discipline.
- Coordinate meetings, shoots, projects and other business activities.
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding and team management.
- Coordinate invoices, payment follow-ups and other basic administrative/financial tasks.
- Identify operational issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Maintain proper communication between the Founder, team members and clients.
- Provide regular updates to the Founder regarding ongoing work, team performance and significant issues.
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Founder.
- Assist with research, planning, documentation, follow-ups and other business-related tasks when required.
- Help improve internal systems, processes and workflow to make the company more efficient.





Digital Marketing Knowledge The candidate should have a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and the services offered by Hesh Media. A working knowledge of the following is preferred:

You do not need to be an expert in every service, but you should understand the basics well enough to coordinate projects, communicate with clients and understand what the team is working on.

Reporting The General Manager will report directly to the Founder of Hesh Media.

Compensation

₹20,000+ per month, depending on experience, skills and overall suitability for the role.
