Key Responsibilities

1. Controllership &

- Treasury

1. Oversee all aspects of financial accounting.

2. Manage working capital.

3. Lead short-term and long-term fundraising activities.

4. Manage investor relations.

5. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.

6. Manage credit risk.

7. Handle foreign exchange management.

8. Oversee dividend and investment activities.

Planning &

- Analysis

1. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.

2. Consolidate financial inputs for strategic plans and operating plans.

3. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis, MIS, and management reporting.

4. Analyze product profitability, overheads, customer profitability, and cost-to-serve.

5. Provide strategic pricing support.

3. Taxation &

- Compliance

1. Oversee taxation and GST functions.

2. Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

3. Lead internal audit, compliance, and risk assessment activities.

4. Develop and strengthen enterprise risk management frameworks.

4. ERP &

- Finance Process Transformation

1. Lead ERP and finance process implementation.

2. Develop and establish finance systems, processes, procedures, and technology.

3. Build strong finance management capabilities and processes.

4. Drive continuous improvement across controllership, treasury, FP&A;, taxation, audit, and compliance functions.

Leadership &

- Team Management

1. Provide direct oversight and leadership to the finance management team.

2. Build a high-performance and performance-driven finance culture.

Establish team and individual KPIs/KRAs aligned with organizational objectives.

4. Assess and enhance finance capabilities and overall team performance.

5. Develop talent and promote continuous learning within the finance organization.

6. Collaborate effectively with functional heads across the organization.

Enterprise Risk

Management

1. Build and strengthen the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

2. Ensure regular risk assessments are conducted.

3. Identify key financial and business risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

7. Strategic &

- Investor Management

1. Develop a roadmap to prepare the organization for a potential IPO.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, banks, analysts, credit rating agencies, customers, and key business stakeholders.

3. Support business valuation enhancement initiatives.

4. Represent the organization at senior executive and external forums.

5. Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

1. CA is preferred, with an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute being an added advantage.

2. Additional Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an advantage.

3. 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably within a progressive product-based or service organization.

4.



Strong experience in finance leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

5. Exposure to both national and international finance operations.

6. Proven track record of building and scaling finance organizations.

7. Strong experience across controllership, audit, risk management, treasury, and fundraising.

8. Experience in developing a roadmap for IPO readiness and valuation enhancement.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance leader with strong hands-on experience across finance, controllership, treasury, FP&A;, taxation, risk, audit, fundraising, and ERP transformation. The candidate should be capable of partnering with the CEO and senior leadership, building scalable finance processes, leading teams, managing investors and financial institutions, and supporting business growth and IPO readiness
