AI Developer GenAI & Intelligent Automation

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI-powered applications that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate problem resolution, and improve decision-making through intelligent automation. The role involves developing agent-based AI solutions, integrating enterprise data sources, modernizing application architectures, and creating intuitive user experiences that enable users to interact effectively with AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI-enabled applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and reusable component architectures to deliver AI-first user experiences.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to integrate enterprise data, observability platforms, operational intelligence systems, and knowledge repositories.
- Implement multi-step AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including tool calling, orchestration, workflow routing, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures that enable scalability, resiliency, and independent deployment of AI capabilities.
- Build intelligent workflows that leverage operational telemetry, incident data, application topology, documentation, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Collaborate with platform, reliability engineering, product, and architecture teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity and automation improvements.




- Enhance AI solution quality by implementing prompt engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and continuous feedback mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or AI assistants.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent-based frameworks.
- 5+ years of software development experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with React, REST APIs, and up-to-date web application development.
- Experience building and deploying microservices in cloud or enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating enterprise data sources, APIs, knowledge bases, and operational systems into AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and secure coding standards.
- Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A), Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI orchestration, or multi-agent systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar enterprise monitoring solutions.
- Experience building AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, or operational intelligence solutions.
- Exposure to reliability engineering, incident management, root cause analysis, or production support domains.
- Knowledge of accessibility, governance and responsible AI practices.
