Role Description The Gen AI Internship at Office Solution AI Labs is a full time, remote role focused on supporting the design, development, and experimentation of generative AI solutions for data and business intelligence applications. Interns will assist in building and refining AI models, prompts, and workflows, and collaborate with mentors to integrate Gen AI capabilities into dashboards, chatbots, and internal tools.





Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on AI frameworks and APIs, preparing and cleaning data sets, drafting technical documentation, and contributing to proof-of-concept projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams, participation in code reviews, and continuous learning in areas such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in programming and software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript) and familiarity with Git-based workflows.
- Understanding of machine learning or data science concepts, including working with data sets, model training basics, and evaluation metrics.
- Interest or exposure to generative AI technologies, such as large language models, prompt engineering, and AI APIs or SDKs.
- Ability to analyze data and work with BI or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices in Gen AI and cloud technologies.
