Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer with 6+ years of overall software/AI engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development .

The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills in Python and practical experience building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade GenAI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications .
- Build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama , or equivalent models.
- Develop effective prompt engineering strategies for different business use cases.
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and response generation pipelines.
- Work with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel , or equivalent.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices .
- Develop Python-based AI/ML services and applications.
- Implement model evaluation, hallucination detection, grounding, and response-quality measurement.
- Optimize LLM applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost .
- Work on fine-tuning, model customization, or parameter-efficient techniques where required.
- Implement security, authentication, data privacy,



and responsible AI practices.
- Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve AI solutions.
