Role Description This is a part time GeM Executive role based in New Delhi with a work-from-home arrangement. The GeM Executive will manage the company’s presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, catalog management, price updates, and compliance with relevant tender and procurement guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring tenders and bids, preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and following up on orders, payments, and fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, generating basic reports on GeM performance,



and communicating with government buyers to resolve queries. The GeM Executive will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure timely order processing and a smooth procurement experience.

Qualifications

- Experience working on the GeM portal, including listing products, responding to tenders, and managing bids.
- Strong data entry, documentation, and record-keeping skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tools for report generation, tracking orders, and maintaining catalogs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with government buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Understanding of government procurement processes or willingness to quickly learn relevant rules and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, commerce, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, supply chain, government sales, or sports goods industry will be an advantage.
