Role Description The Game Designer at OlipEmpresa will design and refine gameplay systems, rules, and mechanics that support engaging spectator esports experiences. This is a contract, remote role, focusing on developing game concepts, level layouts, and user flows for console and mobile platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating design documents and prototypes, collaborating with developers and artists, balancing game systems, and iterating on feedback from internal stakeholders and test users.

Qualifications

- Strong Game Design skills, including systems design, mechanics, and player experience design
- Proficiency in Level Design for competitive and spectator-friendly environments
- Experience with Game Development processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Console and Mobile Games platforms and their design constraints
- Working familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and basic prototyping tools
- Ability to create clear design documentation and communicate design intent effectively
