About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer with at least 4 years of professional software development experience.

You will work on real client and internal products across the frontend, backend, databases and third-party integrations. This role suits an engineer who can understand a requirement, identify technical considerations, develop the solution, test it properly and take responsibility for delivering working software.

We are not looking for someone who has only managed development teams or worked on isolated parts of large systems. You should still be actively writing, reviewing and troubleshooting code.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications across the frontend and backend.
- Translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs, database structures and third-party integrations.
- Write readable, maintainable and properly tested code.
- Investigate and resolve application defects, performance problems and production issues.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation and solution discussions.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, testers and project stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for assigned features from initial understanding through development, testing and release.
- Use AI-assisted development tools appropriately while independently reviewing and validating the generated output.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation for the applications and features you develop.

Required Experience
- At least 4 years of professional, hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience developing both frontend and backend applications.
- Experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, authorisation and application security.
- Experience working with relational databases and writing efficient queries.




- Positive knowledge of Git, branching, pull requests and code-review practices.
- Experience with debugging, automated testing and production deployments.
- Ability to understand existing codebases and improve them without unnecessary rewrites.
- Ability to estimate work realistically and communicate technical risks early.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and ownership skills.

You should be prepared to explain a recent feature you developed, the technical decisions you made, problems you encountered, how you tested the solution and what you would improve if you built it again.

Candidates may also be asked to complete a short practical technical assessment or discuss an existing code sample.

- Experience working in a product development or software consulting environment.
- Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing SaaS platforms, business applications or workflow automation solutions.
- Experience integrating payment systems, CRMs, accounting platforms or other third-party services.
- Experience working directly with clients or non-technical stakeholders.
