Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power AcreAce’s AI-driven real estate platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing and integrating back-end services and APIs, and collaborating with data and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable features.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, improving performance, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews and technical discussions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements and new capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, up-to-date frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, HTML5, CSS3).
- Solid back-end development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar; RESTful APIs; server-side frameworks).
- Experience with databases and data modeling (e.g., SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, schema design).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP; CI/CD pipelines; containerization with Docker or Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control with Git, testing frameworks, code review, documentation).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building data-driven or AI-enabled applications and interest in real estate or property technology is an advantage.
