Role Focus: Backend Development with Full Stack Exposure

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise inPython and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-poweredapplications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pythonbackend development, API development, LLMs, RAG, databases, and containerizeddeployments.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Pythondevelopment (3-5+ years).
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask,or Django.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMssuch as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
- Solid experience in building RAG applications,including embeddings, semantic search, hybrid search, and vector databases.
- Valuable understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain,Llama, Index, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and MSSQL Server.
- Experience with Selenium, BeautifulSoup, orScrapy for web scraping and data extraction.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, softwaredesign principles, and system integration.





Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-poweredapplications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop scalable Python-based APIs and backendservices.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterpriseapplications, databases, and external systems.
- Build document ingestion, indexing, retrieval,and knowledge management pipelines.
- Develop web scraping and automated datacollection solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications usingDocker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure application scalability, security,reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams todeliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, LLM,and AI engineering technologies.

Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of overall software developmentexperience with strong backend development exposure.
- Strong problem-solving and software designskills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work 5 days from the Hyderabadoffice and in the 1 PM-10 PM shift.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
