Position Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience in .NET and React who can use modern AI development tools to improve speed, quality and productivity.

The developer should be hands-on, capable of independently taking requirements to working solutions, and fully accountable for the quality, security and maintainability of all code delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop full-stack applications using C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core and React / TypeScript
- Build REST APIs, backend services and responsive frontend interfaces
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or equivalent for:
- Coding and refactoring
- Debugging and problem-solving
- Test generation
- Documentation
- Solution planning
- Review and validate all AI-generated code before implementation
- Develop unit and integration tests
- Work with SQL databases, Entity Framework and LINQ
- Troubleshoot and optimise application performance
- Follow secure coding and engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with UX, Product and QA teams

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript
- REST APIs and relational databases
- Entity Framework and LINQ
- HTML5, CSS3 and responsive development
- Git and collaborative development workflows
- OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns
- Unit testing and debugging




- Solid problem-solving and ownership mindset

AI Development Expectations Candidates should be comfortable using AI as part of their everyday development workflow and should be able to:

- Use AI to accelerate coding, testing, debugging and documentation
- Provide relevant context and instructions to AI tools
- Validate generated code for correctness, security and performance
- Identify incorrect or hallucinated AI outputs
- Use AI effectively without becoming dependent on it

Preferred Skills

- Azure / AWS / GCP
- Docker and CI/CD
- Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Redux / Context API / Zustand
- NUnit / xUnit / Jest / React Testing Library
- Exposure to OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, RAG, AI Agents or MCP

Delivery Expectations We expect developers to be hands-on, proactive and outcome-driven.

AI should enable faster delivery, but quality should not be compromised. The developer remains fully responsible for understanding, testing and validating everything delivered.

The expectation is simple: use AI intelligently to deliver better software, faster.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
