Key Details

- Position: Analyst - Fulfilment
- Location: Pune, India (Hybrid)
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of order management experience

What You’ll Do

- Order Management: Review, interpret, and enter order requests in global telecom vendor portals or via email to buy, move, change, or terminate telecom services.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Gather tracking details, validate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain explicit communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal global teams to solve ordering questions while maintaining strict SLA compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain vendor order forms, daily Excel trackers, work queues, and communication logs.





What We’re Looking For

- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills (neutral or US accent).
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in order management.
- Knowledge of mobile devices, plans, and troubleshooting methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
