Front-End Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js,React Js, responsive web development, and modern front-end technologies, along with practical experience using AI-powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.

· Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality front-end code.

· Build reusable and maintainable UI components.

· Develop cross-browser and cross-device compatible web interfaces.

· Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-structured code.

· Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO.

· Integrate REST APIs and work with backend developers for seamless data integration.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI and browser-related issues.

· Ensure websites work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

· Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

· Maintain and improve existing websites and front-end applications.

· Use AI-powered development tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and development productivity.

· Stay updated with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices.

Required Technical SkillsFront-End Technologies

· Strong knowledge of HTML5

· Strong knowledge of CSS3

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

· Experience with TypeScript

· Knowledge of Next.js

· Good understanding of DOM manipulation and browser APIs

· Experience with responsive web design

· Understanding of Flexbox and CSS Grid





· Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

· Understanding of cross-browser compatibility

· Knowledge of web accessibility standards

· Basic understanding of website SEO and performance optimization

API & Development Tools

· Experience integrating RESTful APIs

· Understanding of JSON and API request/response handling

· Basic understanding of backend integration

· Positive knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab

· Familiarity with browser Developer Tools

· Basic knowledge of npm and package management

Mandatory AI Skills

Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools is compulsory for this position.

Candidates must have practical experience using AI tools such as:

· Cursor

· Claude / Claude Code

· ChatGPT

· GitHub Copilot

· Google Gemini

· Other AI-powered coding and developer productivity tools

Candidates should be able to use AI tools for:

· Generating and improving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code

· Creating reusable UI components

· Converting designs into front-end code

· Debugging and troubleshooting code

· Refactoring and optimizing existing code

· Generating test cases

· Understanding and explaining unfamiliar code

· API integration assistance

· Improving website performance

· Writing technical documentation

· Identifying and resolving UI/UX and development issues

Important:



Candidates must be capable of reviewing, understanding, testing, and modifying AI-generated code. practical AI-assisted development experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with React.js

· Knowledge of Next.js

· Experience with TypeScript

· Knowledge of Tailwind CSS

· Understanding of Core Web Vitals

· Knowledge of website performance optimization

· Experience working with Figma or other UI/UX design tools

· Basic understanding of web security practices

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

· B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent technical qualifications are preferred.

· Non-technical degrees such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BA, etc. are not eligible.

Experience

· Fresher and 0–1 years of experience in Front-End Development, depending on the position level.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

· Practical experience with modern front-end frameworks is preferred.

· Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools is mandatory.
