We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to manage day-to-day sea and air freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end shipment management
Shipping line / airline / agent coordination
Customer and documentation handling
Team management
Import & export operations
Shipment tracking and issue resolution
SOP and process improvement
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of freight forwarding experience
Good knowledge of sea and air freight
Strong communication and team-handling skills
