? We’re Hiring: US/CANADA Freight Broker

Are you good at negotiating rates, building relationships, and keeping freight moving when everything seems to be going sideways? Then we want you! ?

What you’ll do:

- Source and negotiate with carriers
- Book and manage loads
- Track shipments and provide timely updates
- Handle delays, issues & last-minute surprises
- Build strong carrier/customer relationships
- Follow up on PODs, paperwork & payments

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in freight brokerage/logistics preferred
- Good English communication
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- US freight experience is a big plus
