Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Content Writer with a strong background in the Travel & Tourism industry to create high-quality, engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our travel website.

The ideal candidate should understand the online travel industry and be capable of producing original, well-researched, plagiarism-free content written by the writer and not generated using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for travel websites, destination pages, flight-related pages, blogs, landing pages, promotional pages, and other marketing content.
- Conduct independent research on destinations, airlines, airports, routes, travel requirements, and other travel-related topics.
- Write SEO-friendly content using appropriate keywords, headings, internal linking opportunities, and search intent.
- Ensure all content is 100% original, unique, and plagiarism-free.
- Content submitted must be human-written and not AI-generated.
- Maintain a natural and engaging writing style while incorporating SEO requirements without keyword stuffing.
- Fact-check travel-related information before submission.
- Write compelling page titles, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, FAQs, and website copy where required.
- Understand the difference between informational and commercial/search-intent content and write accordingly.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure excellent grammar, spelling, readability, and consistency.
- Follow the company's brand tone and content guidelines.
- Revise content based on editorial or SEO feedback when required.
- Meet agreed deadlines and maintain consistency in content quality.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience.
- Previous content writing experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing and on-page SEO fundamentals.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Ability to research and understand travel-related topics independently.
- Good understanding of airlines, flights, destinations, airports, travel terminology, and the online booking journey.
- Ability to write content that is informative while also encouraging conversions.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style according to the target audience and market.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content assignments independently.

Content Quality Requirements All submitted content must be:

Knowledge of Google search intent, keyword research, content structure, internal linking, EEAT principles, and conversion-focused writing will be an added advantage.
