The Role /n We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join the Founder’s Office , working directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. /n This is a highly hands-on role where you will work across strategy, finance, business planning, analytics, investor conversations and cross-functional execution . /n You will be expected to take ambiguous business problems, structure them, build the required analysis, and drive them through to execution. /n The right person is financially rigorous, commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of operating as a strong thought partner to the founders. /n What You Will Work On /n Strategy & Business Planning /n /n

- Work closely with founders on annual and quarterly planning and track execution against key priorities.

/n

- Build business cases for new markets, pricing, product investments and strategic initiatives.

/n

- Analyse business performance and provide transparent recommendations on what is working, what is not, and where the company should focus.

/n

- Drive cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution.

/n /n Finance & Business Analytics /n /n

- Build financial models for strategic decisions, including unit economics, scenario planning, revenue projections and investment cases.

/n

- Own and track key operating and business metrics used by the leadership team.

/n

- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and business performance.

/n

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

/n





- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business performance.

/n /n Investor & Board Support /n /n

- Support fundraising preparation, investor updates and due diligence alongside the founders.

/n

- Prepare board materials, financial analyses and investor communications.

/n

- Support the founders in discussions with investors, strategic partners and customers through data-backed analysis.

/n

- Build presentations and business cases for important strategic conversations.

/n /n Ai Efficiency & Org-Wide Initiatives /n /n

- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve internal workflows, reporting and operational efficiency.

/n

- Drive cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams.

/n

- Work with product and engineering teams on internal tools, experiments and early-stage initiatives where required.

/n

- Help the founders identify and execute initiatives that can materially improve the company's scale and efficiency.

/n /n Who We Are Looking For /n Qualifications /n /n

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of experience .

/n

- Prior experience in a B2B startup is strongly preferred.

/n

- Experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Finance, FP&A;,



Management Consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role.

/n

- Direct experience working with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth environment.

/n

- Strong financial modelling and business analysis skills.
