We are looking for a energetic, high-energy founder’s office intern who is ready to take ownership beyond a single function. This is not a conventional internship, you will work closely with the founder while actively contributing to business development, operational optimization, and cross-functional execution. - Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Founder's office & strategic projects
- Work directly with the founder on special initiatives and high-priority projects
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure execution of key business goals
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks requiring quick thinking and structured execution
- Business development
- Identify and research potential clients and growth opportunities
- Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding new clients
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations,



and strategic decks
- Track and optimize the sales pipeline
- Business & department optimization
- Analyze workflows across teams (performance marketing, SEO, tech, creative, etc.) and suggest process improvements
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for efficiency enhancement
- Assist in building systems and dashboards to improve internal coordination
