Brugo is building a better way to get home renovation and repair work done.

From fixing a leaking wall to managing a complete home renovation, the industry today is fragmented, unreliable, and difficult for customers to navigate. We’re building a platform that brings together trusted professionals, transparent processes, quality execution, and technology to make home improvement simpler.

We’re at an early stage, which means things move fast, problems are rarely clearly defined, and everyone gets involved wherever needed.

The Role

We are looking for someone to work closely with the founders and help build Brugo from the ground up.

This is not a typical corporate role with a fixed set of responsibilities

.

One week, you might be helping improve how we onboard service professionals. The next, you could be analysing customer feedback, coordinating with the operations team, working on a new growth initiative, setting up a process, or figuring out why something in the business isn't working.

Your job will be simple: identify problems, take ownership, and help solve them.

You will work directly with the founders and get exposure to different parts of building and scaling a business.

What You'll Do

Depending on what the business needs, you may:

- Work directly with the founders on key business and strategic initiatives.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and problems across different parts of the business.
- Help build and improve processes for operations, customers, professionals,



and internal teams.
- Analyse business, operational, and customer data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure important projects move forward.
- Work on new initiatives from idea to execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
- Speak to customers, service professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders to understand on-ground challenges.
- Help track key metrics and create simple reporting systems.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, internal operations, and other people-related initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects that may not clearly belong to any one team.
- Basically, do whatever needs to be done to help Brugo move faster and work better.

What We're Looking For We're less concerned about having the perfect degree or background and more interested in how you think and work.

You might be a good fit if you:

- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment.
- Don't need every task to be clearly defined before getting started.
- Can take a problem, figure things out, and drive it towards a solution.
- Are highly organised and good at managing multiple things at once.




- Have strong communication and coordination skills.
- Are comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Can switch between thinking strategically and getting hands-on with execution.
- Are curious and naturally ask, “Why are we doing it this way?”
- Don't mind doing work that may sometimes feel outside your .
- Have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

- You are looking for a highly structured role with clearly defined responsibilities.
- You prefer being told exactly what to do at every step.
- You only want to work within one specific function.
- You are uncomfortable speaking with customers, vendors, or on-ground teams.
- You are looking for a traditional 9-to-5 corporate environment.
