We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters /n and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest /n standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and /n confidentiality. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests. /n /n Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences. /n /n Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions. /n /n Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards. /n /n Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement, and other support teams for seamless operations.



/n /n Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. /n /n Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion. /n /n Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations. /n /n Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always. /n /n Eligibility: /n /n Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory). /n /n Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels. /n /n Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred /n
