Role Description The Floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the shop floor. This position involves monitoring staff performance, coordinating shifts, and ensuring that production, sales, and customer service processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The Floor

Supervisor will handle customer interactions when needed, resolve escalated issues, and ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role includes training and coaching team members, supporting sales initiatives,



and maintaining accurate reports on floor activities and performance metrics. The supervisor collaborates with management and other departments to improve workflows, enhance service quality, and achieve operational targets.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills to provide clear instructions, share feedback, and coordinate with team members and management.
- Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve escalations, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients.
- Training and Coaching skills to onboard new team members, develop existing staff, and support performance improvement.
- Sales experience to support in-floor sales efforts, motivate the team to meet targets, and understand customer needs.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within retail, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy on-site setting.
- Working knowledge of basic operational and reporting tools; familiarity with electrical/electronic products is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in floor supervision.
