Rumango Software and Consulting Services is looking to hire experienced FLEXCUBE Consultants through the eazyway Platform to support Banking and Islamic Banking projects. They are seeking professionals with solid expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, customization, functional consulting, testing, integration, and support. Candidates with experience in Islamic Banking and Sharia-compliant banking workflows will be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities

1. FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant** • Work on FLEXCUBE/FCUBS implementation, customization, upgrades, and support.

• Work with FLEXCUBE 12.x/14.x, preferably 14.7 or later.
- Develop and support solutions using Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and WebLogic.
- Customize CASA, OBPM, OBTR, OBBRN, OBMA, OBVAM, OBCL, and ELCM modules.
- Work on Islamic Banking modules including Islamic Financing, Accounts, LC, Fixed Assets, and Asset Management.
- Develop and support REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.
- Support data migration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, SIT/UAT, and Go-Live activities.

1. FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant • Handle end-to-end functional implementation, configuration, and product setup.

- Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs and FRS documents.
- Conduct client walkthroughs,



product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
- Provide functional expertise across conventional and Islamic Banking modules.
- Understand Sharia-compliant banking workflows and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support testing, data migration validation, Go-Live, and user training.

1. FLEXCUBE Testing Consultant • Perform functional, integration, SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Prepare test cases, test data, execution reports, and testing documentation.
- Validate conventional and Islamic Banking transactions, accounting entries, and profit calculations.
- Test payment system and API integrations.
- Track, document, and follow up on defects through resolution.

Experience & Qualifications • Experience: 5–15 years in FLEXCUBE, Core Banking, Banking Technology, or related roles.

- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS implementations and support.
- Experience in Banking or Islamic Banking is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Islamic Banking and Sharia-compliant banking processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
