About the role

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant to lead the end-to-end finance function for our hotel operations. You will head accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process optimization. This role acts as a strategic business partner to drive cost efficiencies, implement bulletproof SOPs, protect margins, and scale a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Finance & Controls: Oversee end-to-end hotel accounting, internal audits,





and financial reporting. Establish and implement robust internal controls and operational SOPs across all properties.
- Profitability & Cost Optimization: Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis. Partner with

cross-functional stakeholders to identify leakages, optimize operational costs, and drive unit economics.
- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage working capital, monitor cash runways, and

oversee financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting exercises and rolling forecasts to

accurately project operational performance.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Direct vendor management, contract reviews, and

commercial negotiations to unlock value.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-velocity operational finance team.

What are we looking for -

- Strictly CA Qualified with 7–8+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have 2–3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or leading a core finance

division.
- Deeply preferred industry background: Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, F&B;/Cloud

Kitchens, or high-volume Multi-unit Retail.
- Exceptional analytical capability, negotiation skills, and a track record of driving process

changes in quick-paced environments.
