Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Noida.

The Financial

Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, maintain general ledgers, and ensure accurate recording of transactions in line with applicable accounting standards. The role includes overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, managing reconciliations, and supporting cash flow and budgeting activities. The individual will be responsible for timely financial reporting,



supporting internal and external audits, and working with accounting software to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The Financial

Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to process improvements in Deployit’s finance operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and use of Accounting Software to manage and automate accounting processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax and regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or insurance-related businesses is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and capability to work effectively in a agile, growth-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
