Role Description The Finance Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheopur.

The Finance

Officer will manage and review financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, and support accurate financial reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring transactions, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and preparing periodic reports for management. The role also involves collaborating with branch and regional teams, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and clearly communicating financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and the ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support financial decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and explaining financial information to non-finance colleagues.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity in handling financial data.
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or related financial services, particularly in branch-level operations, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Sheopur, manage deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic, field-oriented environment.
