About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, vendor coordination, outlet finance, franchise coordination, and MIS reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Verify invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Manage vendor ledgers, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile outlet cash, online payments, expenses, and settlements.
- Monitor and reconcile company-owned outlet expenses with Tally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance MIS reports.
- Coordinate with franchisees regarding royalties, supply payments, challans, and financial queries.
- Calculate monthly royalties and coordinate invoice generation.
- Support AR/AP, cash flow tracking, debtor reconciliation, and purchase reconciliation.




- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams on finance-related matters.
- Maintain required monthly financial data and trackers.
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors for required information and documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an advantage.
- Solid reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- QSR, F&B;, Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in vendor accounting, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, GST/TDS support, outlet reconciliation, and MIS reporting will be preferred.
