Job Summary

V SQUARE DEVELOPERS is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to promote the company's construction and real estate projects, generate leads, meet potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote V SQUARE DEVELOPERS' projects through field marketing activities.
- Generate new leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and local activities.
- Visit potential customers and explain project details, features, pricing, and payment options.
- Identify potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal visits.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status regularly.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop relationships with local contacts, brokers, and referral sources.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly marketing activity reports.




- Conduct market research and gather information about competing projects and market trends.

Required Skills

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, sales, or field marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who are confident in communicating with customers.
- Should be willing to work in the field and meet clients.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
