The Role

Aurm's lockers run on real hardware: sensors, electronics and robotics, out in the field, inside residential communities. We're looking for a hands-on Field Support & Maintenance Engineer who genuinely enjoys fixing things, keeping systems running smoothly, and being the person on the ground when something needs attention.

You'll be out at sites across Hyderabad, solving real problems, and playing a direct role in getting recent installations up and running.

What You'll Do

- Handle daily preventive maintenance (PM) and upkeep of Aurm's installed systems
- Travel across Hyderabad to troubleshoot issues with robotics and electronic sensors; you'll get basic training on how to rectify common issues on the spot
- Get involved in new site deployments,



coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to get installations live
- Maintain 5S standards and manage spare parts at your sites
- Stay alert to safety practices at all times

What We're Looking For

- Diploma in Electronics or equivalent technical background
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving ability; comfortable figuring things out on the spot
- Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (regular travel across the city is core to this role)
- Comfortable with flexible/irregular hours
- English or Hindi proficiency; knowing Telugu is a bonus, not a requirement
- Good to have: basic MS Excel/Word skills, and a genuine interest in constantly learning the tech to become a go-to expert on it
