Candidate Location: Chakan
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for industrial sheds, warehouses and industrial real estate projects.
- Identify and approach companies looking for industrial plots, sheds, warehouses and factory premises.
- Handle B2B sales, client meetings, site visits and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, brokers, consultants and business networks.
- Conduct regular site visits in and around Chakan and explain project specifications, commercial terms and benefits to clients.
- Follow up with prospects from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Must have experience in Industrial Real Estate, Industrial Shed, Warehouse, Construction or related B2B sales.
- Candidate must be currently residing in Chakan.
- Strong local market knowledge and good industrial-area contacts will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive and capable of independently handling sales activities.
- Candidates without relevant Industrial Real Estate / Industrial Shed / Construction sales experience will not be preferred.

CHAKAN LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Experience in Industrial Shed / Industrial Real Estate / Warehouse / Construction B2B Sales is strongly preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and current salary)
