We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and develop business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating leads, developing dealer/contractor relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research.

- Visit builders, contractors, architects, civil engineers, dealers, distributors, and project sites regularly.

- Promote and sell company products/services to construction industry customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Identify new projects and track upcoming construction activities in the assigned territory.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

- Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales pipeline updates.
