Job Overview:-

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Research Associates to support field operations across assigned regions. The role requires individuals who are deeply familiar with the local social and cultural landscape and are willing to travel extensively within their assigned zones.

Field Associates play a critical role in gathering grassroots intelligence, monitoring local developments, assessing public sentiment, and supporting strategy through field research and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, communication skills, and a keen interest in community engagement and field-based work.

Preferred Requirements





- Prior experience in field research, surveys, grassroots campaigns, community engagement projects.
- Ownership of a laptop will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with digital communication and social media platforms.

Travel & Mobility Requirements

- Willingness to undertake extensive travel and periodic field visits across assigned regions.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Must possess a bike or scooter for local travel and field operations.

Language Requirements

- Fluency in at least one of the following:

- Manipuri

- Naga dialects

- Kuki dialects
- Basic understanding of English and Hindi.
