Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day telecom field operations.
- Perform fiber splicing, jointing, and maintenance.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain fiber optic cables and equipment.
- Identify and resolve network and connectivity issues at field locations.
- Conduct site visits and complete assigned field work on time.
- Coordinate with the office team and provide regular work updates.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper work records.
Required Skills
- Must have knowledge of Fiber Splicing.
- Basic understanding of fiber optic networks.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in field locations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
