About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Associate to manage on-ground operations, data coordination, and outreach for an MLA constituency project in Punjab. This is a 6-month high-impact role at the grassroots level of governance and political strategy.

Key Details & Compensation

- Duration: 6 Months (Full time Contractual)
- Monthly Compensation: ₹30,000 / monthly
- Benefits: Accommodation and Travel fully provided on-site

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor constituency development projects, public outreach initiatives, and citizen grievance redressal.
- Conduct field research, stakeholder mapping, and ground intelligence gathering.




- Prepare daily operational trackers, field reports, and data sheets on MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in local communication strategy and liaise between ground cadre and the leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Personal Laptop: Mandatory for daily work and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Public Policy, Political Science, Mass Communication, Social Work, or Engineering preferred).
- Prior experience in political consulting, governance campaigns, fellowships, or grassroots management is a plus.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills (Proficiency in Punjabi/Hindi is an advantage).
- High adaptability to live on-ground and manage dynamic field schedules.
