- Job Summary
- FITITTUDE India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Female Telecaller who can communicate fluently with clients from different parts of India.

- The candidate must be comfortable speaking with potential customers over phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining our women’s fitness and weight-loss programs, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into clients.

- Mandatory Language Requirement
- Candidate must be able to speak fluently in all of the following languages:

- English

- - Tamil
- - Telugu
- - Kannada
- - Hindi
- Candidates who cannot communicate comfortably in all five languages may not be considered for this position.

- Key Responsibilities
- - Contact new leads and potential clients through phone calls.

- - Explain FITITTUDE’s online women’s fitness, workout and diet programs clearly.

- - Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate program.

- - Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other lead sources.

- - Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested clients.

- - Share program details, brochures, videos and trial-session information through WhatsApp.

- - Schedule trial workout sessions for potential clients.





- - Follow up after trial sessions and assist with enrolment.

- - Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the company CRM.

- - Update call status, client feedback and next follow-up dates regularly.

- - Build a professional and friendly relationship with prospective clients.

- - Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

- - Coordinate with the fitness, dietitian and administrative teams whenever required.

- Candidate Requirements
- - Female candidate.

- - Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- - Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.

- - Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

- - Confident in handling sales and follow-up calls.

- - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, computers and CRM systems.

- - Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.

- - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- - Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, fitness, healthcare or wellness sales will be an advantage.

- Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:

- Telecalling | Telesales | Inside Sales | Customer Support | Fitness/Healthcare Sales

- Freshers with excellent multilingual communication and strong sales skills may also apply.
