The role is both strategic and operational - identifying customers, building distribution channels, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

- Build Co's presence across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil and Central America ,EU etc

- Identify and onboard garment manufacturers, fabric distributors and trading houses

- Establish local distributor or channel partner networks

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive B2B sales of fabrics to garment manufacturers and textile mills

- Build long-term relationships with key buyers and sourcing heads

- Achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand customer base

Customer & Industry Engagement

- Develop relationships with Apparel manufacturers, Fabric converters, Textile distributors, Apparel exporters

- Represent the company at regional textile trade fairs and industry events

Supply Chain Coordination

- Coordinate with India/Asia sourcing teams on Pricing, Product availability, Lead times, Shipment planning

Strategic Insights





- Provide insights on Local textile demand, Pricing benchmarks, Competitor activity, Regulatory and import setting

Experience

- 10+ years experience in textile trade or sourcing

- Solid exposure to yarn or fabric imports

- Existing relationships with garment factories or textile distributors in LATAM

Domain Expertise

- Fabrics ( Non denim)

Skills

- Deep understanding of textile trade flows (Asia LATAM)

- Experience working with importers, agents, or distributor

- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship building

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build markets from scratch
