AI-FIRST DEVELOPMENT IS IMPORTANT
We expect our developers to know how to use modern AI coding tools to dramatically increase their output.
This could include tools such as:
Claude Code • Codex • Cursor • GitHub Copilot • AI agents • or whatever makes you faster
We are not looking for developers who blindly copy AI-generated code.
We want experienced engineers who know enough to:
- Give AI the right context and instructions
- Use AI to understand unfamiliar codebases quickly
- Build and refactor features faster
- Debug problems efficiently

- Review AI-generated code critically

AWS / PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE MATTERS
