Designation - Executive/ Sr. Executive - Logistics

Location - Borgaon

Role Purpose:

To ensure smooth and effective logistics operations across Borgaon, Saoner and Birkoni through timely vehicle placement, effective freight coordination, accurate documentation and billing, and on-time delivery, while minimizing delays, controlling logistics costs and maintaining service levels through effective coordination with transporters, plants, sales teams, B2B vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- On Time Truck Placement
- Track of vehicle for all Movement till Delivery
- In-Transit Damage
- Freight Coordination
- On Time Bill Processing
- Transporter Discovery & Onboarding - Rate Transporters
- Coordination with interdepartmental (Plant / B2B vendor)
- Timely Communication to sales
- Timely Follow-up with customer for on time payment to transporter (To pay)
- Daily updating & Sharing MIS Report
- Freight Payment Tracker Report

Preferred candidate profile Education - Any Graduate

Experience - 5-9 years of relevant experience
