About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Junior / Associate) to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers and channel partners, presenting VAAYU SMART’s home automation solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Contact and develop relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, dealers, and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart home automation products.
- Present and explain VAAYU SMART products, features, benefits, and solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and track leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.




- Identify new business and channel-partner opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with installation, operations, and customer-support teams when required.
- Stay updated on products, competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- Prior experience in home automation, electrical, smart home, real estate, interior, or building products will be an advantage.
