Role Description The Executive / Senior Executive – Dispatch and Finished Goods Store is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, including planning shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to customers and distribution points. The position manages finished goods inventory, supervises receiving and storage processes, and maintains accurate stock records in line with company procedures and systems.

The role also involves preparing dispatch documentation, monitoring packaging and labeling standards,



and collaborating with production, sales, and quality teams to align supply with demand and resolve dispatch-related issues. The individual is expected to follow safety and compliance guidelines, support process improvements, and contribute to effective warehouse and dispatch workflows.

Qualifications

- Experience in dispatch, warehousing, or finished goods inventory management, preferably in electrical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong skills in documentation, record-keeping, and basic ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of logistics coordination, shipment planning, and standard dispatch procedures.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements related to warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in supervisory or executive-level roles in stores/dispatch will be an advantage.
