Role Overview /n We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Manager – Client Servicing to join our Client Servicing Team . This role is ideal for professionals from the experiential events industry who are passionate about building client relationships, developing winning pitches, and driving business growth. /n You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Content, Design, and Operations teams to develop compelling proposals and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Client Servicing /n /n

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.

/n

- Understand client objectives and translate business requirements into strategic solutions.

/n

- Support the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to closure.

/n /n Pitch Management /n /n

- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, content, and design teams to develop impactful pitch presentations.

/n

- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.

/n

- Ensure timely delivery of pitches while maintaining quality and creativity.

/n

- Present ideas and solutions confidently during client meetings and discussions.

/n /n Cross-functional Collaboration /n /n

- Collaborate with Operations, Creative, Content, 2D/3D Design, and Production teams to develop innovative event solutions.

/n





- Ensure client requirements are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.

/n

- Coordinate internal reviews and ensure alignment across teams.

/n /n Presentation Development /n /n

- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, proposal documents, and supporting materials.

/n

- Structure content and storytelling to create persuasive and engaging client presentations.

/n

- Continuously improve presentation quality by incorporating creative layouts, infographics, and visual storytelling.

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, within an experiential event or event management agency .

/n

- Solid understanding of experiential marketing, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.

/n

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

/n

- Experience preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.

/n

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced agency environment.

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word .

/n /n Preferred Background /n /n

- Experience working with leading experiential, event management agencies.

/n

- Exposure to pitching for large corporate clients and brand activations.

/n

- Existing network within the corporate events or marketing ecosystem will be an added advantage.
