Role & responsibilities :

- Identify and develop current business opportunities for material testing, inspection and related laboratory services.
- Generate enquiries through direct sales, networking, references, digital platforms and market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit customers, understand their testing requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for sample collection, testing requirements, quotations and timely report delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular sales pipeline, customer follow-up and MIS reports.
- Identify market opportunities,



key industries, competitors and potential customers.
- Support customer retention, business expansion and collection follow-up.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and other business forums.

Preferred candidate profile : Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage. 28 years of relevant experience in sales/business development, preferably in testing laboratories, inspection, certification, engineering services or B2B technical services.
