About the Role

LuxeCeleb is an AI-powered premium artist onboarding and booking platform integrated with LuxeVenue.ai. We are looking for a highly driven, enthusiastic intern to join our core growth team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want hands-on experience in the celebrity management, luxury event, and high-end hospitality industry, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Market & Talent Research: Identify, shortlist, and build databases of celebrity talent managers, artist management agencies, event planners, and luxury venues across India.
- Outreach & Sales Calling: Initiate direct contact with artist managers and corporate event planners via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive platform onboarding.
- Coordination Work: Assist in setting up artist profiles, managing intake data from Google Forms, updating calendar availability, and coordinating between artists, Relationship Managers (RMs), and venues.
- Marketing & Lead Generation:



Help execute outreach campaigns targeting corporate business leads and social event planners for high-value bookings.
- Client & Manager Support: Handle initial inquiries, brief onboarded talent on platform benefits (like Escrow payments and AI profile analytics), and maintain daily operational logs.

Who Can Apply?

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making outreach calls to high-profile agencies, managers, and corporate partners.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) and basic research tools.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and a go-getter attitude.
- Mandatory Commitment: Candidates must be available for a strict minimum duration of 6 months.
