Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for trade shows and exhibitions, including booth coordination, in office setup, and execution
- Plan and execute brand activations across retail, HORECA, and consumer-facing touchpoints to drive visibility and engagement
- Organise and coordinate internal company events such as team offsites, product launches, and dealer/partner meets
- Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and agencies (venues, decor, printing, AV, travel, catering, etc.) to ensure quality execution within timelines
- Track event budgets and expenses, ensure spends stay within approved limits, and flag variances to the team
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to align event objectives with broader brand and business goals
- Build and manage event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate pre-event promotion (invites, RSVPs, collateral) and post-event follow-up (reports, lead capture, feedback)




- Travel to event locations as required to oversee on-ground execution
- Maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and event partners for consistent, repeatable execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all event collateral, signage, and on-ground experiences

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in event management, preferably including trade shows/exhibitions and brand activations
- Proven experience coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and agencies
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Experience tracking budgets and expenses and working within approved spend limits
- Willingness to travel for on-site event execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to stay composed and solve problems under pressure during live events
