Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical ESG Consultant to support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research and data operations. The role involves collecting, validating, analyzing, and maintaining ESG-related information for companies across multiple industries and geographies.

This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in sustainability, responsible investing, corporate governance, climate risk, and ESG data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, review, and validate ESG data from publicly available sources such as annual reports, sustainability reports, company disclosures, regulatory filings, and news articles.
- Perform research related to Environmental, Social, and Governance indicators.
- Analyze company disclosures and identify relevant ESG risks, controversies, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and timeliness of ESG datasets and research outputs.
- Support ESG ratings, benchmarking, and scoring activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
- Track industry trends, sustainability regulations, and evolving ESG frameworks.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal and client requirements.




- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability, or financial markets is preferred.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, or UN PRI.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting and responsible investment concepts.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate governance.
- Experience with data analysis tools or visualization platforms is an advantage.
